Job Title: Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:  We are currently seeking qualified talent to be responsible for the overall design, implementation and maintenance of the Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure in the Group. Work directly with business users and management to understand the needs, develop and deliver business intelligence solutions to satisfy business goals and strategic direction of the organization. Responsible for maintenance of the most current documentation and enhancement roadmap
Required Skills & Experience: 
  • Responsible for the overall design, implementation and maintenance of the BI Infrastructure in coordination with best practices and infrastructure standards.
  • Participate in user requirement gathering, leading the prototype for all BI initiatives.
  • Must have extensive experience with OBIEE and should be able to function independently in all aspects of OBIEE report development
  • Experience in Data Warehouse (building in Data Model, working with Different Sources), Building RPD and good reporting experience (Analytics)
  • Experience in performance tuning as it relates to OBIEE dashboards, analysis, and prompts
  • Bachelor’s Degree in (or foreign equivalent) in Computer science or Management Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum ten (10) years of directly related experience

  • Job Title: Enterprise Data Architect
    Job Location:  Santa Clara CA
    Job Description:  Extensive experience (15 years minimum) in data modeling, data architecture, and data warehouse development on multiple platforms. Proven experience in providing technical leadership for a re-modeling and / or re-engineering initiative for an “Legacy” Data Warehouse. Proven experience in multiple enterprise data migration projects; preferably in financial services. Experience with multiple platform upgrades and associated regression testing. Proven experience with application migration
    Required Skills & Experience: 
  • Extensive data modeling experience for data warehousing and business intelligence
  • Proven experience with development on Oracle 11G and in-memory database solutions
  • Track record of hands-on ETL and database development for a multi-Terabyte data warehouse
  • Must be extremely knowledgeable of dimensional modeling techniques
  • Extensive experience with database design and query optimization
  • Proven experience working with Financial Services Industry Data Models in an EDW context

  • Job Title: Sr. Project Manager
    Job Locations: Phoenix (Tempe) AZ or Santa Clara CA
    Job Description: Manages overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts. Assists in establishing and implementing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Sets key project milestones and tracks execution against them to delivery against plan. Partners with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing process reengineering and technology to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
    Required Skills & Experience:
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and organizational change management techniques.
  • Expert knowledge of plan development and execution, scope planning, schedule management, cost estimating and control, quality planning assurance, organizational planning, project communications, risk identification/ response control and management.
  • Expert knowledge of the business solution development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development of tools, technology and supplemental materials, quality assurance, and deployment management.
  • Working knowledge of audit and regulatory practices; ensures that projects under their responsibility are fully compliant with corporate standards.
  • Able to understand business needs and applications and apply these for competitive advantage.
  • Candidate must have PMP credential, outstanding communication skills that can tailor messages to a C-level audience down to an SME, vendor SOW management experience, and demonstrated success managing complex project financials using a Waterfall/traditional methodology.
